Video Description: Harlan waits in the office for Miss Betty to arrive with instructions from The Dean on her infraction punishment. Seeing as Harlan has failed multiple uniform inspections, she is to be punished with a leather strap. Miss Betty finds that Harlan is, yet again, wearing a nonregulation bra. Harlan is told to remove her top and bra and bend over for her strapping. She is then placed in time out while Miss Betty goes to find a paddle and The Dean for further instruction.
